Meeting

We will use provided schematics to discuss gate position, removal angle, ejector pin position, gas removal, and other mold specs.

Design approval

We will provide a 2D concept schematic of the mold design for your approval.

Mold design

We conduct mold design in 2D and 3D. If desired, we can also provide mold design figures.

Material order, NC data production, machining

We conduct NC data creation and machining based on materials determined through meetings or using recommended materials.

Mirror polishing

We also provide mirror polish if requested.
Please indicate similar products or a designed polish number such as #3000.

Assembly inspection and adjustment

We will make manual adjustments for protrusion removal and slide movement.
This final processing determines the service life of a mold. We will take great care to bring your mold to life.

This completes the process and delivery follows.
